You can apply for the Aurora Experience until the last day of your 20s but if you are selected for the Aurora Fellowship Program you can join it only if you are 18+.

We want you to take your time, but remember that you need to complete the Aurora Experience within the last day of your 20s. 
Applications are always open and we organize quarterly a game session (step III) to enlist new Fellows.

You must be 18 years old and you can join the Fellowship Program until the last day of your 20 years.

Yes, it’s important to be able to communicate with international Wizards.

EI, entrepreneurial aptitudes, values, grit, growth mindset, adaptability and psychological flexibility are some of the selection criteria.

The only cost for applicants and Fellows is the application fee, which is 70€.

Yes, of course. Aurora Community meets every year in a different city at Q1, the annual event.

Fellows can also schedule  physical (and virtual) meetings with Wizards and coaches.

Details and conditions will be agreed by Corporates and Fellows. Aurora will be guarantor of a fair agreement.

Of course you don’t. Candidates can come from different backgrounds and courses of study and can have very different skills.

Sure, Aurora will not interfere with your studies, nor with your job.

No, you can join the Aurora Fellowship from your own Country.

The participation fee (70 €) is meant to cover the costs of the Aurora Experience.

As you successfully complete each step of the Experience, you can achieve an Open Badge based on the skills acquired.

An Open Badge is a digital representation of a skill, learning or experience.
Each badge is associated with an image and some metadata. The metadata provides information about what the badge represents.

Here are the Open Badges that we issue to the participants, once you receive them you can post them on your LinkedIn profile.

Once you have obtained your Open Badge, you can share it within your professional and personal network, especially on Social Media, websites, blogs and online wallets.

The badges that you share online are clickable: this allows others to see the details of what and how the credentials were learned and acquired.

  • Write down some of the main ideas you want to include and then enrich their content
  • Make your goal clear
  • Why do you think that the Aurora Fellowship program is suitable for you?
  • Focus on some of your strongest experiences and qualities
  • Don’t write too much. Most motivation letters are never longer than 1 page
  • Be original and authentic!
