I have been working for 30 years in multinational companies in Italy and abroad, with direct responsibility on the Human Resources Dept. for ca 20 years. My main focus was on Organizational Development, People Management and Professional Growth of Managers and Employees, HR Strategies, Internal Relationships and Change Management. In the last 10 years I devoted myself to the study and implementation of coaching and mentoring programs, achieving the Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF) certification. Last year I decided to make Coaching become my main professional activity, making myself available to those who want to develop their awareness on personal abilities and pursue action plans.
I make them get closer to their personal and professional goals, through individual customized coaching paths.
