Fellows are brilliant young people (18-20 years old) who have different backgrounds and interests but a common trait: the desire to grow and to have a positive impact on the future. They can join Aurora after passing a severe selection process.

Wizards are professionals from all over the world who come from different industries (ranging from technology to philosophy) and share their expertise with Fellows, in order to broaden their horizons.

Corporates who want to share our mission can sponsor a Fellow’s journey and experience the Intrapreneruship Program with our Fellows.

Professionals who want to share their expertise can apply to become Aurora Wizards. 

Young women and men (18-20 years old) can apply to become Aurora Fellows.

Foundations and Associations who share our values can be part of our Ecosystem and share their mission with Aurora.

Thanks to Intrapreneurship programs Fellows will empower corporates instilling the XXI-century company culture within the organizations.

 

Aurora Community meets every year on January 8th, 9th, 10th in a different city (Q1).

FAQs for Fellows:

You can apply whenever you want (until the last day of your 20s) but you can take part in Aurora only if you are 18+.

We want you to take your time, but remember that you need to complete the selection journey within the last day of your 20s. 
Every three months Aurora organizes a game session (step three) to enlist new Fellows.

You must be 18 years old and you can apply until the last day of your 20 years.

Yes, it’s important to be able to communicate with international Wizards.

EI, entrepreneurial aptitudes, values, grit, growth mindset, adaptability and psychological flexibility are some of the criteria.

Aurora is completely free for Fellows.

Yes, of course. Aurora Community meets every year on January 8th, 9th, 10th in a different city (Q1).

Fellows can also schedule  physical (and virtual) meetings with Wizards and coaches.

Details and conditions will be agreed by Corporates and Fellows. Aurora will be guarantor of a fair agreement.

Of course you don’t. Candidates can come from different backgrounds and courses of study and can have very different skills.

Sure, Aurora will not interfere with your studies.

No, you can join Aurora Fellowship from your own Country.
